Hands-on experience in Dotnet Technologies (Min of 4 5 yrs in .Net alone).
The Development Manager will join a product /implementation development team that develops highly configurable software in a collaborative environment implementing Agile development methodologies.
Good People Management Skills.
70 % Technical & 30% Management.
Should have lead a team of minimum 40 people.
Experience in Design Patterns, Architect role
Overall a Good Tech background in .Net is essential
Design and develop modifications and enhancements to core DataCert software products in a team environment
Help implement test-driven development programming methodologies within the team
Manage a team of developers to effectively drive the solution and develop the same with good quality.
Ability to actively identify problem situations and handle complex situations and provide effective resolution.
