Requisites : People management experience
Project management experience
Thorough knowledge of either of the following processes: Agile, RUP, MSF, CMM, ISO
Excellent relationship building skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities :
Would be the primary contact to Proteans’ Customer(s).
Responsible for managing Product Development and delivery schedule to the clients
Constantly improve product development processes to deliver the best products quickly and in a cost effective manner
Manage team dynamics and mentoring of teams
Help Pre-Sales teams with technical and business proposals
Travel to work at client sites, which may include international travel
Qualifications :Essential: B.E, B.Tech, B.S, MCA or equivalent
